Chateau Kinori Vineyards and Winery is closed for the spring and summer seasons.
The Chateau ("winemaking estate") of Kinori ("my harp" - Hebrew) is headquartered inside a 100 year-old former handle factory. Family-owned shops, a historical log library, and a depot museum are within easy walking distance. Mingo National Wildlife Refuge is located one mile north. Lake Wappapello is located ten miles west. The winery offers award-winning red wine produced Old World style from vineyards in Puxico and the nearby Mark Twain National Forest.
