For the more adventurous, customers can participate in the wine-making process as well. Customers can try their hand at making their own batches of wine in which they start their own wine and bottle and cork the wine, all with their own personalized label. Vintner's Cellar Winery – A boutique winery is located at 973 Waterbury Falls Dr. O’Fallon, MO. We are open Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m and Monday 11-2. Stop by any time during our regular business hours to sample our quality wines.
