Crown Valley Winery is proud to introduce the first true Champagne House in the Midwest. Our state of the art facility produces sparkling wines using two fermentations processes; the traditional method and the Charmat method. To balance technology with grace and style the Crown Valley Champagne House showcases native stone, rustic Alder wood cabinets and antique wine equipment. The Crown Valley Champagne house produces a variety of sparkling wines; including Chardonel Brut, Muscato and Sweet Brachetto. At the Champagne House guests can sample these sparkling varieties as well as limited edition Crown Valley Wines. Guests can choose between three tastings options, our Grand Reserve tasting features a unique food and wine pairing. Tours and tastings are available daily, groups and busses are welcome with advance notice. The Champagne House features a deli; serving cheese and sausage as well as gourmet snacks to complement our wines. Also be sure to visit the unique gift shop featuring one of a kind gifts and wine accessories. The Crown Valley Champagne House is handicap accessible and offers ample parking. |
